I think that this picture epitomizes the motivation that I had for this project. I called this picture 'birdcage' because the branches surrounding the bird seem to form a type of 'cage'. I called this the epitome of my motivation, in short, because I wanted to find unique or hidden beauty within the natural landscape, moreover, I wanted to see exactly how far I could get with my very limited resources. So I carried the camera almost everywhere we went, and it just so happened that while we were at the Laundromat, I saw this bird. It was hard to get a decent shot at first, but I finally got close enough to get what I believe turned out to be a great shot. Since I have such a busy schedule, getting good photos is pretty hard to do, which is why I like this one so much.
